Cold herbal tea recipe – Remedium n. 0 – Morning

The recipe for cold herbal tea with our Remedium n. 0 - Morning (with cinnamon, cocoa and rooibos) is the certified remedy against summer heat.

Summer is the season of cold herbal teas. We at Wilden.herbals have done some studies to find the perfect recipe for cold herbal tea and we realized how our Remedia mixes behave in a unique way with different water temperatures and infusion times (we also told you all about it here). Let’s begin with a general rule for all our Remedia: ideally cold infusions can become flavored waters starting from 6 hours of infusion and give their best intensity at least after a whole night (12h) and up to 24 hours.

Cold herbal tea: start the day with Remedium n. 0 – Morning

If you are looking for the recipe for cold herbal tea based on Remedium n. 0 – Morning you’re in the right place: its pungent and decisive notes of cocoa and cinnamon ntercept the sweetness of honeybush and the nutty taste of rooibos. Our Remedium n. 0 – Morning is the right choice to start the day, especially a hot summer one, thanks to the action gingko, St. John’s wort, poppy and ginseng. How to prepare a cold herbal tea: the recipe for our Remedium n. 0 – Morning

There are three main method to prepare a cold herbal tea with this Remedium:

Recipe with a hot infusion which is then cooled

  1. mix 50 ml of hot water at 95 ° with another 200 ml of cold water after 7 minutes of hot infusion;
  2. let it cool: it will be ready to drink when it reaches the right temperature for you;
  3. keep it in the fridge after 30 minutes of infusion, without the filter for max. 2/3 days.

recipe with a cold infusion using water at room temperature:

  1. use 250 ml of water at room temperature;
  2. it’s ready to drink after 20/30 minutes of infusion;
  3. keep it in the fridge after 30 minutes of infusion, without the filter for max. 2/3 days.

Recipe with a cold infusion using cold water:

  1. use 250 ml of still water at 4-6°;
  2. it’s ready to drink after 6/8 hours of infusion;
  3. store in fridge for up to 2 days with the filter.
