How to use it

Just a few drops are enough to enhance a fish soup or to embellish an octopus; excellent in broths with mushrooms or seaweed that need a fresh, light note.

In cooking it is often used in marinades and is outstanding in the preparation of mayonnaise, pinzimonio and with fifth-quarter meats. Perfect with cooked vegetables, it is capable of lending a sweet and sour balance to caponata.
