Let’s start with something we’ve always heard since we were little: breakfast is the most important meal of the day, woe betide you if you skip it. Here, this recipe is also perfect for those who don’t have time to prepare it, just remember to put it in the fridge the night before! Isn’t it an amazing feeling to wake up in the morning and find something ready and healthy already?

Esatto: quando hai bevuto una tazza di infuso della nostra Morning, la bustina è ancora così ricca da poterla riutilizzare per creare qualcosa di super gustoso.
Then there is seasonality; having the same breakfast every day can get a little boring. Instead, our recipe is just a base that you can customize as you like: choose which fresh fruit to use as topping and add seeds or nuts. Whatever your heart ingredients, you’ll never need to add sugar; we recommend just using honey to blend or sweeten a little.
Ingredients for 1-2 servings
- 1 bustina di Remedium n.0 – Morning (già utilizzata)
- 400 ml of unsweetened oat milk
- 150 g of whole grain oats
- 1 pinch of salt
- Toppings of your choice such as fresh or dried fruits, seeds, honey

Proceedings
- Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Let it heat up to just right, without letting it boil or burn, then remove it from the heat and pour it into a glass jar.
- Add the sachet of Morning that you previously used for an herbal tea and let it steep in the hot oat milk, covering the jar for about 20 minutes.
- When about 20 minutes have elapsed, squeeze the infused sachet into the oat milk and stir, but don’t throw in your Morning yet, you will need it later! At this point the brew should be lukewarm; if it is still warm, wait for it to cool to slightly above room temperature.
- Add oats, a small pinch of salt, and mix.
- Put the Morning sachet back in the jar and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This way a second infusion, this time cold, and the process of soaking the oats will take place while you sleep.
- The next morning, take the jar, remove the sachet, and squeeze out the remaining liquid.
- Breakfast is ready! You can enjoy your oatmeal accompanied by seasonal fruits, seeds, nuts, or whatever you like best.
