Blond, amber, with green highlights, coppery, red and still fruity, floral, mentholated, tannic, caramelized, vanilla, bitter, underbrush, balsamic, astringent, salty, phenolic, malty, vegetal, licorice, liquid or creamy.

The name Millefiori is often accompanied by territorial designations and therefore characteristic of each beekeeping.
