Jam with Pistone peppers, a conical-shaped variety with a thick and consistent pulp with a sweet taste, grown in the organic garden of Alba, a natural farm in the heart of Molise. The preparation is very simple: the organic sulla honey from the Molise beekeeping company of Dario and Sandra Trucco is added to the peppers cut with a knife tip. Sweet enough in flavour, explosive in perfume and versatile in use, it is a product that we are sure you will love unconditionally: the only difficult thing will be making it last a long time in the pantry!
