Ingredients:
- Tonica
- 5 g Remedium n. 5 – Focus
- 1 Grapefruit (zest)
- Mint
- Mezcal
- 1 lemon (zest)
Preparation:
Make a concentrated infusion of Remedium n. 5 – Focus (5g per 200ml) and leave to cool. mix Remedium n. 5 – Focus and tonic in equal parts. Then add a dash of lemon juice and pour into a glass filled with ice for 3/4 of Mezcal. Garnish with grapefruit zest and the sprigs of fresh mint.
