Cold herbal tea recipe – Remedium n. 3 – Digestive

The recipe for cold herbal tea with our Remedium n. 3 - Digestive (with licorice, mint and lemon) is the certified remedy against summer heat.

Summer? It’s the season of cold herbal teas. Not a month goes by without us at Wilden.herbals doing experimentation and research: recently we happened to do several tests with water at different temperatures and different levels of infusion for cold herbal teas (if you’re curious to learn more, read our article dedicated to this topic). By the way, did you know that flavored water is a cold infusion that lasts at least 6 hours? But it’s from 12 to 24 hours that the real magic happens for a real explosion of aromas and taste.

Cold herbal tea: live lightly with Remedium n. 3 – Digestive

We cannot make preferences but the recipe for cold herbal tea with Remedium n. 3 – Digestive is among our favorites! Maybe it’s for those very fresh notes of lemon, mint and ginger that harmoniously embrace licorice and rosemary. Or maybe because in our Remedium n. 3 – Digestive you will find that sweet and delicate aroma of sage, fennel and lemon balm  which, together with the other ingredients, promote digestion after every meal.

Our gastronomic advice: if you particularly love the notes of licorice, leave it to infuse in cold water or at room temperature for more than 8 hours. And if you are a fan of the herbal tea + fruit combo, then follow this recipe!
