Cold boost with white peach and lemon
Cold herbal teas: not a trend, but a new way of life. Care, freshness, and well-being are gaining new spaces in this new dimension of our slow, caffeine-free life.
What could be more thirst-quenching than a cold herbal tea flavored with some fresh seasonal fruit? Herbal tea is not only a winter ritual, ending a dreary Sunday, but an invigorating ally all year round. Here is a recipe for cold herbal tea with Remedium No. 2 – Boost.
Ingredients
- 1 peach
- 2 sachets of Remedium No. 2 – Boost
- 1 lemon
Proceedings
Prepare the Boost by steeping plenty of it 10 to 20 minutes in one liter of water, waiting for it to cool. Let the chopped white peach sit for at least two hours along with the juice of half a lemon and its zest.
Add ice to taste and enjoy your herbal tea!
If you want a more sweetened cold herbal tea, we recommend adding two teaspoons of honey per liter before letting it cool.
