The preserve prepared with small, full-bodied, sweet blackberries that grow wild on the soils of Alba, a natural farm in the heart of Molise. Try it in combination with cheese, with butter on a slice of toasted homemade bread, along with yogurt or ricotta cheese either by the spoonful or as a topping for tarts and cheesecakes.
