The Herbpress allows herbal teas and infusions to be prepared quickly and precisely, with portions ranging from coffee cups to cappuccino cups.

This system integrates seamlessly with existing machines without invasive intervention, making it ideal for professional and commercial environments.

The technological heart of Herbpress is an engineered single outlet filter with a 150-micron photo-etched membrane. In combination with a customized diffuser, it provides uniform extraction under controlled pressure between 8 and 9 bar. The result? No residue, maximum yield, flawless consistency.

Inside Herbpress lives the heart of innovation: an in-depth ethnobotanical research project aimed at rediscovering traditional preparations and plants symbolic of local territories. In collaboration with theUniversity of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo and Simbiosi, this research shapes new blends inspired by local herbal traditions, currently under development.

A path that values ancestral knowledge related to the use of herbs-therapeutic, gastronomic and experiential-and that supports biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and sustainable production models.
