Boost Infusion (mocktail – alcohol free)
A concentrated vitamin scent by Khris, cocktail alchemist x Wilden.herbals. Boost Infusion is a Mediterranean-flavored nectar made with gin, bergamot and lemon.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml of tonic water
- 10 ml bergamot juice
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves
- 40 ml of Remedium No. 2 – Boost
Decoration:
- Basil leaves
Procedure:
Shake fresh basil, lemon juice, bergamot juice and Remedium No. 2 – Boost to mix ingredients well and release flavors. Strain contents and pour into a glass with ice. Add tonic water for an effervescent touch. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
