How to: cold Remedium herbal tea #5 – Focus
Cold herbal tea is the right remedy against summer heat exhaustion. Wilden.herbals explains quick and easy step-by-step recipes for making cold herbal teas to drink with friends.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cherries
- 50 g of ginger
- 2 sachets of Remedium No. 5 – Focus or 4g bulk per liter of water


Procedure:
- Bring 1/2 liter of cold water to a boil;
- Then steep Wilden.herbals infusions for at least 10 minutes: 2 sachets are enough for 1 liter of water or, if you prefer bulk, 4g of infusion in herbal tea cut will be enough for each liter of water, then let steep. When the infusion is finished, let it cool to 40-50°C and add the chopped fruit;
- Let macerate at least 3 hours in the refrigerator;
- Add honey to taste for sweetening;
- Serve over ice to taste.
