If so, we recommend marinating the proteins (tofu is an option too!) a few hours before with the Reborn herb mix!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"figure__wrapper\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1400\" height=\"2100\" src=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/wilden-herbals_221109_Wilden_web-31-1400x2100.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33457\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the rice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 gr Jasmine Rice<br>300 ml water<br>1 Reborn<br>Salt to taste<br>Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the curry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 garlic cloves<br>1 onion<br>1 eggplant<br>1 zucchini<br>Optional: Green beans\/mushrooms\/Broccoli\/carrots<br>1 Reborn<br>200 ml Coconut milk<br>50 grams Peanuts<br>Basil to finish<br>1 Lemon, cut into slices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instruction<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the rice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ufeff\ufeff\ufeffPrepare 300ml of water infused with Reborn for 7 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ufeff\ufeff\ufeffIn a pot over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and the rice. Stir till coated and shiny. Rice should become peal looking. Add the infused water and a pinch of salt.<br>Bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to minimum and cover for 11 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn the heat off and let sit, still covered for 11 more minutes. Rice will be fragrant and aromatic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the curry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ufeff\ufeff\ufeffIn a different pan, add oil, sliced garlic cloves and onion. Add the cut vegetables and the Reborn bag. Saute vegetables for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ufeff\ufeff\ufeffAdd coconut milk. Let cook for 20 minutes till vegetables are tender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ufeff\ufeff\ufeffRemove from heat, and remove the Reborn bag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve the curry with rice on the side.
