Hers is a <strong>revolutionary approach<\/strong>, experimenting, testing and following the flow of intuition and curiosity. For <strong>Wilden.herbals<\/strong>, Maria Abbate Paolo created a morning shortbread, using <em>Remedium No. 0 &#8211; Morning<\/em> as the base for the infusion. The result is a fragrant and tasty cookie, as simple as good homemade things. Fragrant like a gentle awakening.    <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI decided to create a simple recipe that could be easily replicated. It is a shortbread, the princely product with which we accompany <strong>Wilden infusions<\/strong> here at our place: a simple cookie, ideal for accentuating the aroma of <em>Remediums<\/em> and having an all-around taste experience. The chosen <em>Remedium<\/em> &#8211; I used Morning &#8211; can be left to infuse in the cream and then removed or crumbled directly into the dough, depending on one&#8217;s preference.\u201d  <\/p>\n<div class=\"figure__wrapper\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/wilden-herbals_wilden-herbals-mari-pasticceria-10-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2265\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>300 g<\/strong> flour<\/li><li><strong>150 g<\/strong> butter<\/li><li><strong>100 g<\/strong> brown sugar<\/li><li><strong>30 g<\/strong> yolk<\/li><li><strong>40 g<\/strong> cream<\/li><li><strong>1<\/strong> sachet of Remedium No. 0 &#8211; Morning<\/li><\/ul>\n<div class=\"figure__wrapper\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/wilden-herbals_morning-frollino_wilden-herbals-mari-pasticceria-9-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2273\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedure:  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>First <strong>mix the flour and butter<\/strong> until a sandy mixture is obtained. Next add the sugar and then the liquids, cream and egg yolks. Last, add a sachet of <em>Remedium No. 0 &#8211; Morning.<\/em> If you do not like whole herb bits, you can steep the sachet in the cream for a few hours and strain it before using.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Then let the dough rest for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator, roll it out with a rolling pin, and with the help of a mold make the cookies.
