It is like giving yourself a long hug.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <em>Wilden.herbals<\/em> herbal teas, Marcello wanted to explore the multifaceted universe of herbs, and this is one of his recipes.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients White Short Crust Pastry:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>500 g<\/strong> butter<\/li><li><strong>1 kg<\/strong> flour<\/li><li><strong>2 g<\/strong> vanilla bean<\/li><li><strong>3 g<\/strong> lemon peel<\/li><li><strong>8 g<\/strong> fine salt<\/li><li><strong>200 g<\/strong> whole eggs<\/li><li><strong>500 g<\/strong> powdered sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knead the\ningredients until a shortcrust pastry is created. Let rest in the refrigerator\nfor 3 hours before using.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients\nPastiera:  \n<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>600 g<\/strong> shortcrust pastry<\/li><li><strong>500 g<\/strong> wheat<\/li><li><strong>600 g<\/strong> sugar<\/li><li><strong>500 g<\/strong> ricotta cheese<\/li><li><strong>150 g<\/strong> diced candied fruit<\/li><li><strong>350 g<\/strong> eggs<\/li><li><strong>60 g<\/strong> yolks<\/li><li><strong>5<\/strong> sachets of Remedium No. 2 &#8211; Boost<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare an infusion with the  <em>Remedium no. 2 &#8211; Boost<\/em>  using 4 sachets: it will be used to cook the wheat the next day. Soak the wheat in water and the next day cook it in the herbal tea prepared the night before. Refine the sugar, i.e., blend it, with a teabag, then combine the drained and cooled wheat with the cottage cheese. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, then add the refined sugar with the <em>Boost<\/em> and candied fruit. Then pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with a layer of thin pastry.
