Instead, our recipe is just a base that you can <strong>customize as you like<\/strong>: choose which fresh fruit to use as topping and add seeds or nuts. Whatever your heart ingredients, you&#8217;ll never need to add sugar; we recommend just using honey to blend or sweeten a little.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients for 1-2 servings  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 bustina di <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/shop\/herbal-teas\/tea-bags\/remedium-n-0-morning\/\">Remedium n.0 &#8211; Morning<\/a> (gi\u00e0 utilizzata)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml of unsweetened oat milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g of whole grain oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toppings of your choice such as fresh or dried fruits, seeds, honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"figure__wrapper\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1400\" height=\"1867\" src=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/wilden-herbals_P1001621-1400x1867.jpg\" alt=\"Oatmeal + Remedium No. 0 - Morning\" class=\"wp-image-21044\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proceedings  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan over low heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let it heat up to just right, without letting it boil or burn, then remove it from the heat and pour it into a glass jar.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sachet of Morning that you previously used for an herbal tea and let it steep in the hot oat milk, covering the jar for about 20 minutes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When about 20 minutes have elapsed, squeeze the infused sachet into the oat milk and stir, but don&#8217;t throw in your Morning yet, you will need it later! At this point the brew should be lukewarm; if it is still warm, wait for it to cool to slightly above room temperature.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add oats, a small pinch of salt, and mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the Morning sachet back in the jar and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. This way a second infusion, this time cold, and the process of soaking the oats will take place while you sleep.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The next morning, take the jar, remove the sachet, and squeeze out the remaining liquid.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breakfast is ready!
