Our guests loved it, we hope it conquers you too! <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pumpkin with its seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg of Jerusalem artichokes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bustina di <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/shop\/herbal-teas\/tea-bags\/remedium-n-3-digestive\/\" data-type=\"product\" data-id=\"3367\">Remedium n. 3 &#8211; Digestive<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to taste: sour cream, coconut milk or mascarpone cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel and cut the pumpkin. Remove and save the seeds for later; they will be used for a crunchy topping. Clean and chop the Jerusalem artichoke as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>In a pot, put squash and Jerusalem artichokes with oil and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add water until it covers and also soak a sachet of Remedium n. 3 &#8211; Digestive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Let simmer until vegetables are soft and half the water has evaporated. Then remove from the fire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Remove the herbal tea bag, then, using an immersion blender, blend everything until smooth. A suggestion to make the soup even silkier in texture? Add a splash of coconut milk, mascarpone or sour cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>In a small frying pan or in the oven, toast the pumpkin seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Voila, the soup is ready to serve.
