1 kg bag of stone-ground organic wholemeal soft wheat flour, coming from many different varieties of the same species of wheat (in jargon “evolutionary population”).
Stone ground flour retains all parts of the grain, including the germ. Rich in fibers which allow for better absorption of the water in the dough, it gives the various preparations a distinct flavor and aroma of wheat.
