Honey and pollen, an extraordinary combination. A harmony that bees find already present in the flower.

The nectar is the sweet, aromatic component. The pollen is the structural nutrient, containing protein, present in trace quantities in honey. Bees feed it to the pupae as they grow, and above all to the egg-laying queen. In spring, the hive’s only mother produces about 3,000 eggs a day, an enormous expenditure in energy and protein, which is compensated with this super-nutrient.

The taste is pleasant, reminiscent of acacia honey with an intense herbaceous note of multifloral pollen.
