Forbered krydderurterne ved at sk\u00e6re dem j\u00e6vnt i kviste, der ikke er l\u00e6ngere end 4,5 cm. L\u00e6g frugterne med afstand p\u00e5 teflonpladerne i t\u00f8rrebakken. Indstil t\u00f8rretumbleren til 48 timer ved 60\u00b0, og vend frugten i bakken hver 12. time.
