Melet, der bruges til Le Polveris tusindvis af kreationer, kommer fra <strong>sm\u00e5 italienske h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rksm\u00f8ller<\/strong>, og kreativiteten i brugen af dem mangler aldrig. <br\/>N\u00e5r passion, k\u00e6rlighed til ingredienser, eksperimenter, dufte og farver udtrykkes i et f\u00e6lles sprog, opst\u00e5r der en perfekt forst\u00e5else og unikke produkter. I dag er hun anerkendt for sin eksplosive blanding af kreativitet og talent og for at f\u00e5 os til at dr\u00f8mme med sine fotos, som er taget i hendes rolle som <em>k\u00f8kkenchef<\/em> p\u00e5 <strong>Masseria Moroseta<\/strong>.
