L\u00e6g hveden i bl\u00f8d i vand, og kog den n\u00e6ste dag i den urtete, der blev lavet aftenen f\u00f8r. Raffiner sukkeret, dvs. blend det, med urteteposen, og tils\u00e6t derefter den afdryppede og afk\u00f8lede hvede til ricottaen. Pisk \u00e6ggene, og tils\u00e6t dem til blandingen, og tils\u00e6t derefter det raffinerede sukker sammen med <em>Boost<\/em> og kandiseret frugt. H\u00e6ld derefter blandingen i en kageform bekl\u00e6dt med et lag tyndt wienerbr\u00f8d.
