For <strong>Wilden.herbals<\/strong> legede han med den asiatiske genklang af citrongr\u00e6s i kombination med fisk.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>1\n<\/strong>infusion\n<em>Remedium\n n.2 &#8211; Boost <\/em> <\/li><li><strong>1<\/strong>\n ombrine-filet<\/li><li><strong>30\n g <\/strong>\n br\u00f8dkrummer<\/li><li>Olie\n ekstra jomfru olivenolie<\/li><li><strong>1<\/strong>\n kartoffel<\/li><li><strong>200\n g<\/strong>\n r\u00f8dbeder<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Rist f\u00f8rst p\u00e5 en pande  <em>Remedium nr. 2 B\u00f8sser<\/em>t. Efter dette trin kommes br\u00f8dkrummer, olivenolie og den tidligere ristede <em>Remedium<\/em> i en foodprocessor.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Drys derefter ombrine-fileten med den resulterende blanding, og bag den i 8\/10 minutter, indtil den er gyldenbrun.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Som tilbeh\u00f8r koger du mangold og sauterer den p\u00e5 en pande med olivenolie og hvidl\u00f8g.
