Og vi er nok ikke de eneste, der t\u00e6nker s\u00e5dan: N\u00e5r vi rejser rundt i Italien, finder vi den til morgenmad i Ligurien, til frokost i Toscana, til snacks i Marche og til aperitif stort set alle steder!   <\/p>\n\n<p>Nella nostra versione troverai <strong>qualche ingrediente che magari non ti aspettavi<\/strong>. No, non \u00e8 il <strong>miele<\/strong>, che serve per risvegliare e rendere pi\u00f9 veloce il lavoro del lievito, ma le spezie del nostro Remedium n. 4 &#8211; Hangover. <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/curcuma-pianta-proprieta-usi\/\">Curcuma<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/zenzero-usi-storia-benefici\/\">zenzero<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/tisana-pepe-nero\/\">pepe<\/a> le daranno un po\u2019 di piccantezza, ma ci sono <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/arancia-usi-benefici-storia\/\">arancia<\/a> dolce, camomilla e <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/finocchio-origini-usi-benefici\/\">finocchio<\/a> a riportare l\u2019equilibrio verso un gusto pi\u00f9 delicato. Consigliamo la nostra focaccia sia per prevenire un possibile hangover, cos\u00ec da non bere a stomaco vuoto, sia quando l\u2019hangover ormai \u00e8 conclamato e serve un rimedio, in questo caso croccante e gustoso, ancor meglio se abbinato a una tisana, che sia calda o <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/ricetta-tisana-fredda-remedium-n-4-hangover\/\">fredda<\/a>!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredienser<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g surdej  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g mel (vi bruger en blanding af fuldkornsmel og type 1-mel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 g salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 spiseskefulde olivenolie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>375 g vand (tilsat Hangover)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g honning  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 o 2 bustine di <a href=\"https:\/\/wildenherbals.com\/shop\/urteteer\/i-pose\/remedium-n-4-hangover\/\">Remedium n. 4 &#8211; Hangover\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedure<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lad os lige f\u00e5 det p\u00e5 det rene: Husk at fodre surdejen, f\u00f8r du starter processen, den skal v\u00e6re st\u00e6rk og fuld af bobler!  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t 375 gram vand med 1 pose Hangover. (Hvis du vil have en st\u00e6rkere smag, anbefaler vi at bruge 2) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland surdej, vand, honning og mel i en stor sk\u00e5l. Bland det kraftigt, og \u00e6lt det i h\u00e5nden. D\u00e6k den til, og lad den hvile i 30 minutter. Tils\u00e6t derefter 10 gram salt, og rul dejen godt ud med v\u00e5de h\u00e6nder, str\u00e6k den og fold den ind i sig selv flere gange. Lad den hvile i yderligere 30 minutter.      <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gentag \u00e6lteprocessen mindst 2 gange mere. Lad den hvile i 30 minutter hver gang.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e6k sk\u00e5len til, og lad den h\u00e6ve i 2-3 timer, indtil volumen er \u00f8get med 50 % (tiden kan variere afh\u00e6ngigt af rumtemperaturen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t 2 spiseskefulde olivenolie, og rul dejen j\u00e6vnt ud. D\u00e6k den til, og lad den hvile i yderligere 3-6 timer ved stuetemperatur eller 12 timer i k\u00f8leskabet, s\u00e5 konsistensen forbliver bl\u00f8d og luftig.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rul dejen ud med fingrene, og lav huller i overfladen. Dryp med olie, og drys med en blanding af salt og Hangover-te. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bag i 25-30 minutter, til de er spr\u00f8de og gyldne.
